How we Will Respond to Complaints

Sell My House Fast will write to you to confirm receipt of your complaint within about three working days. We will then promptly investigate and fully respond to your complaint within two weeks (14 working days).

If you remain dissatisfied with the manner in which your complaint was dealt with, you can then refer the matter to TPO (The Property Ombudsman). Copies of the TPO’s Code of Practice may be obtained upon request.
